A visual link tells the 10 year story of a group of passionate people that connected through the love for electronic music, art and the wish to organize events together, from small dorm parties in 2014 to a festival for 1000 people on an island next to Copenhagen in 2025. Being one of the people documenting the first events and leading a team of volunteers in 2 festival editions, I contributed to the 10y anniversary event at KU:BE by curating a small exhibition of pictures from my archive as well as from other photographers. The concept was to print small in order to gather the images in a compact view and be able to see the people and the atmosphere of the events almost in one glance. The pictures were placed somewhat chronologically from right to left, in order to be seen from entrance, from past to present. This resulted in a nostalgic trip through time, with many life stories of finding togetherness in-between the events and outside the picture frames: finding each-other, living together, working together, relationships and friendships.
